New Skyline Apartments Planned Near Tristar Skyline Hospital in Nashville
Big development news out of North Nashville! We’re just off Dickerson Pike near Skyline Ridge Drive, right next to TriStar Skyline Medical Center, where 22 acres of land at 915 and 927 Skyline Ridge Drive have just sold for $22 million.
Plans have officially been submitted to the city for a brand-new apartment community called Skyline Apartments. The proposed development will bring 280 residential units to the area, adding significant housing right next to the hospital and continuing the growth we’re seeing in this part of Nashville.
The project is scheduled to go before Metro Council for approval on March 12th.
With so much development happening along Dickerson Pike and in surrounding neighborhoods, this is another major investment shaping the future of North Nashville.
