Massive Development Planned Off Dickerson Pike in Nashville
A major new development is being planned at 237 Lemuel Road, just off Dickerson Pike in Nashville. This project will be built in two phases and could bring more than 1,000 total residential units to the area.
Phase one covers 38 acres and includes 395 homes by Ryan Homes. The breakdown features 35 single family homes, 96 condos, and 264 townhomes.
Phase two will span over 100 acres and is expected to add more than 1,000 additional units.
Planned amenities include a pool, pickleball courts, clubhouse, playgrounds, community spaces, a business center, coffee shop, and a commons area.
The project has already gone before city planning on January 14 and is scheduled to go before Metro Council on February 26 for approval.
