Three New Restaurants Open in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston | Momotaro, Alla Vita & Middleman
We stopped by Wedgewood-Houston in Nashville for the grand opening of three brand-new concepts from Boka Restaurant Group: Momotaro, Alla Vita, and Middleman.
During our visit, we got a first look at each unique experience. Alla Vita brings a family-style Italian dining concept focused on fresh ingredients sourced from local farms around Middle Tennessee. Momotaro offers Japanese fine dining with fresh seafood flown in from Japan multiple times each week, along with traditional Robata-grilled dishes cooked over open flame. In between the two restaurants sits Middleman, a stylish cocktail lounge designed as the perfect place to grab a drink before dinner or while waiting for your table.
We toured the spaces, sampled some of the food, spoke with team members, and shared our first impressions of all three concepts. From the food to the atmosphere, these new additions are already creating a buzz in Nashville's restaurant scene.
