Nashville’s Massive East Bank Development Next to New Titans Stadium
We just got the best look yet at Nashville’s massive East Bank development.
The Fallon Company released brand new renderings of the East Bank project planned right next to the new Tennessee Titans stadium, and this development is set to completely transform the area over the next several decades.
The first phase alone includes:
- A 600-room hotel
- Residential tower
- Retail and restaurants
- 1.5-acre public plaza
- Walkable streets and bike lanes
- Underground parking
- Affordable housing units
Another nearby project called East Point Flats is also expected to bring more than 300 affordable housing units, retail space, and a daycare.
Construction on the main East Point development is expected to begin in early 2027.
