Maggie’s Place Opening in The Nations This Fall

A new neighborhood hangout is headed to The Nations this fall with the arrival of Maggie’s Place, located at 905 51st Ave. N. The concept comes from a team of seasoned Nashville bar scene veterans, including Ian Byars of Sonny’s Patio Pub & Refuge; Steve Perdue and Jacob Forth of Perfectly Fine; personal chef and hospitality investor Edward Lipnickas; and Rob Buck of Savager LLC.

Maggie’s Place will serve lunch, dinner, and late-night bites, along with an outdoor yard space featuring fire pits, TVs for sports, and lawn games. The venue will welcome families and dogs before 7 p.m., then shift to an adults-only vibe in the evenings.

The menu, developed by Subculture Urban Cuisine & Café chef Javiar Bonacic alongside Byars, will spotlight tacos, mesquite wings, and quesadilla pockets. To complement the food, guests can enjoy island-themed cocktails, non-alcoholic options, and beer, available by the glass or in large-format servings.

“Our goal is to create a laid-back space where neighbors feel at home,” said Byars. “Great food, great drinks, and an easygoing atmosphere.”

Opening details for Maggie’s Place will be announced soon.
