Luxury fitness is coming to The Gulch in Nashville

Big news for Nashville: Equinox is coming to The Gulch! This luxury fitness brand is opening its first Tennessee location in 2026. The club will cover three floors and almost 37,000 sq. ft. inside the historic Voorhees Building. Expect top-tier amenities: cardio & strength floors, spa services, a contrast therapy suite, and more.

The location is part of SomeraRoad’s massive Paseo South Gulch development, now valued at over $1 billion. Equinox chose Nashville because of its fast growth and modern vibe saying the city deserves better fitness experiences. The developers even restructured other leases to fit Equinox into this iconic building.

The Gulch project also includes a Pendry Hotel & Residences, new restaurants, and retail built for locals, not tourists. Equinox joins brands like Carter Vintage Guitars, The Catbird Seat, Maiz de la Vida, and more.

Developers say this is just the beginning with more luxury tenants are on the way.
