Ritz-Carlton Hotel Coming to Nashville
Big news out of The Gulch in Nashville.
Nashville is set to get its very own Ritz-Carlton Hotel, replacing the current Bohan Building at 1100 Demonbruen Street, right next to Kayne Prime. Newly filed city permits reveal plans for a massive 900,000 plus square foot development featuring 182 hotel rooms, 140 luxury condo units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, 20,500 square feet of restaurant space, and 9,500 square feet of retail. Construction timelines have not been announced yet, but we will keep you updated as soon as more details are available.
