Performer and producer Paul Cardall has been invited to host a panel for the upcoming Music Biz 2018 conference taking place in Nashville, May 14-17 at the Omni Hotel. Titled “Artistry and Streaming Income: Q&A with Paul Cardall,” the session will take place May 15 at 12:40PM and is accessible to all those attending the conference.
Cardall has released numerous projects on his Stone Angel Music label, three of which topped Billboard’s New Age charts. He recently crossed the 2 billion lifetime digital streams mark. His catalog of over 300 songs averages 25 million monthly streams on Pandora alone. Cardall is an independent artist who owns all of his publishing and masters. The panel discussion will also feature Garrison Snell, CEO & Founder of Gyrosity Projects, Jonathan Barnes, Manager of Artist & Label Services for Pandora, and Chris Robley, Editor of CD Baby’s DIY Musician Blog, all discussing Cardall’s business model and process he went through to build a sustainable business in the streaming era.
Cardall’s most recent project Worth of Souls, features 13 hand-picked contemporary Christian songs, performed by an array of award-winning artists and debuted this week at #20 on Billboard’s Contemporary Christian Album chart. His latest solo album project, A New Creation, debuted at #1 on the Billboard New Age charts and #2 on Billboard’s Classical (crossover) album chart.
