Nashville’s new 53-story luxury tower
Nashville’s skyline is about to level up, literally!
A new 53-story luxury hotel and condo tower is planned for SoBro, just blocks from Broadway, and if approved, it’ll be the tallest building in the city standing at a towering 636 feet.
Developed by Chicago-based DAC, the project will feature 104 high-end condos, 405 hotel rooms, retail space, a public plaza, and 5 levels of amenities.
Renderings show InterContinental Hotel signage, and it could cost around $460 million to build.
The tower is set to rise at 319 Peabody Street, anchoring the South Bank district and joining a luxury boom that includes Four Seasons, Edition, Pendry, and more.
Pending approval in August, groundbreaking could start later this year.
Stay tuned, Nashville. The skyline just keeps climbing!
