Music Inspired By Community Night Set for June 22 in Nashville
The Lane-Agri Park Center will come alive with music, purpose, and community spirit on Sunday, June 22, 2025, as Blackman Community Church of The Nazarene hosts Music Inspired By Community Night, an uplifting evening centered around music and giving back. The event will feature a special performance by up and coming singer/songwriter Lyndsey Coonrod and is presented in partnership with local non-profit Moving Onward Moms, an organization dedicated to supporting single mothers.
Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the event begins at 6:00 PM at Lane-Agri Park Center, 315 John R. Rice Blvd, Nashville, TN.
Moving Onward Moms empowers single mothers not just financially and physically, but also through vital business training and mentorship to help them build self-sustaining futures for themselves and their families. The evening will include opportunities to hear stories of impact and learn more about how the community can support their mission.
Donations Welcome:
Attendees are encouraged to bring clothing, feminine hygiene products, children’s supplies, and financial contributions to help further the nonprofit’s outreach and support efforts.
“M.I.C. Nights are about more than just music,” said Joe Dahlke, of Blackman Community Church. “Its about reaching out to our community and helping those in need. We are a small church, but we have great love for the Blackman community and Nashville.
Whether you’re a long-time supporter or new to the cause, Music Inspired By Community Night promises to be a heartwarming event filled with live music, community connection, and a shared commitment to positive change. Past M.I.C. Night’s have featured Amanda Nolan (recently on tour with the Newsboys), Olivia Farabaugh (The Voice Season 10), and more. Past partners of M.I.C Night have been Room in The Inn, Isaiah 117 House and The Shepherd’s Foster Closet.
