Lyle Thomas Welch obituary
Lyle Thomas Welch, 84 of Nashville died Sunday August 25, 2019. He was a native Audubon Iowa and was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle Andrew Welch, and Mabel Ulven Welch; sister, Sharon Welch Klinkefus. Mr. Welch was a Christian and retired Teacher. Tom began his teaching career at Earlham High School in Earlham, Iowa where he taught for two years. He continued his teaching career at Urbandale High School, in Urbandale, Iowa, and retired after teaching for 37 years.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Norma Jean Griffith Welch; son, Raleigh Andrew Welch and wife Nancy Rhea Wray of Nashville; grandchildren, Alicia Anne Wray of Nashville, Hayley Elizabeth Wray of Nashville; great-grandchildren, Logan Drake Manausa of Nashville, Eleanor Louise Wray of Nashville.
