Rather than opting for traditional bacon, L27 uses succulent pork belly to give their sandwich an added flavor and texture. Finished off with heirloom tomatoes, lettuce and chive mayo, L27’s BLT stays true to its name but is anything but basic

First meal back in Nashville: the BLT at @mitchelldeli. Y’all. This sandwich. The bread = perfection. Perfect balance of chew and crisp. The bacon = @bentonsbacon. Enough said. Fresh veggies and the perfect amount of mayo = pure deliciousness. | #experiencenash

Mitchell Delicatessen is an East Nashville staple that only uses the highest quality, natural ingredients from local sources. Their BLT is Benton’s bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on Silke’s hoagie. Mitchell Delicatessen’s reputation for the best sandwich in Nashville just keeps spreading.

There is nothing ordinary about the BLT with Jalapeño Bacon Pimento Cheese on wheat at Pork Belly Cafe! Located in Lennox Village, this cafe is one of Nashville’s best kept secrets.

Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant

For the true Southerner Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant offers a  FRIED GREEN TOMATO BLT with crispy bacon, fried green tomatoes, lettuce, and BBQ chipotle ranch on toasted sourdough bread. But go ahead and add cheese or egg, trust me. They have five locations so there is no excuse to miss out this month!
