$475 Million Redevelopment Coming to Belle Meade Plaza in Nashville

A massive redevelopment project is coming to the corner of Whitebridge Road and Harding Place in Nashville. Construction is beginning on a $475 million transformation that will completely replace the existing Belle Meade Plaza with a new mixed use destination called Belle Meade Village.

Developer AJ Capital Partners secured one of the largest construction loans in Nashville history to launch the 15 acre project. The new development will feature luxury residences, a boutique hotel, restaurants, more than 40 storefronts, and walkable courtyards designed to create a vibrant community hub in Belle Meade.

At the center of the development will be a main courtyard anchored by an antique carousel, adding a nostalgic touch to the upscale environment. Luxury condos located at One Iris Lane will start around $3 million, and nearly 40 percent of those units are already sold.

Residents will also have access to high end amenities including a spa, private pool, golf simulator, whiskey and cigar lounges, as well as dedicated poker and mahjong rooms.

The BME Village project is expected to open around 2028 and aims to transform the underused Belle Meade Plaza site into one of Nashville’s premier lifestyle destinations.
